Video: My Nomination for the Oscars

"Best Short Film: The Gigantic Amoeba at Medfield College"

I think it's a winner, don't you?

Big bonus points for those who can identify the soundtrack!!!

Dude- I think the scariest part of the whole thing was that the ameoba didn't close the sliding glass door on its way out- thereby letting in a TON of cold air and contributing to what scientists refer to as massive housal cooling crisis.

Oh yeah.... Elizabeth said Ben was visiting... you guys are so funny together and I love the movies you make.

You both really look like college guys, too! Ben even looks like a guy at my school with that hat and sunglasses!

I like the whole listening-to-your-Ipod while-talking-on-the-phone part

I did NOT like the background in the dorm room because the Red Sox blanket was upside down! Sacrilege!

You guys are great! Sadly, I didn't recognize the soundtrack so no bonus for me :) oh well... enjoyed it none the less!

Well, dear, the acting was very...interesting. It reminds Hesba and me of the class play we did when we were children. Very imaginative. The amoeba was terrifying! We had to block our eyes for the whole end! The look of shock on "Zach's" face was most remarkable.

Don't worry, Claire, we hardly did any retakes. :)

KJ - Oops...the upside-down blanket was PURELY accidental.

E&H - :)

Very funny...VERY funny; in humor as well as horror. :) On the whole, you did a pretty good job. :)

Great job! Congrats to you all. The soundtrack seemed oddly familiar but not enough to identify it. Curious to hear what it is.

Great movie!

I know the music, but not to name... Sigh. I knew it enough that I had to sing it to myself for awhile afterwards to rid myself of that weird scratchy effect:) Something classical...
